In accordance to our by-laws, any addition to an existing building, any exterior alteration, modification or change to an existing building, or any new detached structure shall have the approval of the Architectural Review Committee before any work is undertaken.

Examples of such projects shall include but not be limited to porches, decks, garages, greenhouses, and sheds.

The Architectural Guidelines  and Color Palettes have been adopted to assist homeowners in submitting their proposals for consideration.

We have implemented a new electronic records management system call Appfolio which can be used to submit ARC Requests.
